when do I have to sign up by ?
for this month's edition (MAY '26), sign up by MAY 20TH.
each edition will ship out on the sign up deadline. this will help us make sure you get to enjoy our mail before the end of the month!
when will i get my mail?
mail ordered for the UK should deliver within 2-3 business days, including Saturdays.
mail ordered for the EU aims to deliver within 3-5 business days
mail ordered for international destinations (non EU/UK) aims to deliver within 6-7 business days
ps. please note that because all the letters are sent with stamps, they cannot be tracked. we kindly ask for patience as your mail makes its way to you. If your mail does get lost or damaged, please send us a message and we will get a replacement out to you!
when do you collect my payment?
payment is taken as soon as order is confirmed, contact us for any refunds required.
